Information involved
The current registration and workspace flows involve profile and contact information, requests you describe, documents you upload, conversations and appointment details. Identity review can additionally involve a passport image and selfie. These categories are different in sensitivity and should not be collected merely because a form allows it. Send only the information relevant to your request and ask which supporting documents are actually required before sharing additional material.
Purpose and access
Account information supports registration and communication. Requests, messages and documents support the work you ask to organize. Review staff may need access to identity submissions, and specialists may need information relevant to a selected service. Before launch, the operator must confirm the actual recipients, hosting locations, service providers, legal grounds and cross-border arrangements. This draft does not claim that data stays in Lebanon, that it is never shared, or that the platform holds a security certification.
Questions, correction and deletion
Use the available support route to identify a privacy concern or request a correction. Describe the category of information and the outcome you are asking for; do not send your password or an unnecessary identity copy. The operator’s legal name, privacy contact, retention schedule and request-handling procedure are not yet finalized in this beta. They must be completed and reviewed against the laws applicable to the operator and its users before this notice becomes a final public policy.
