If you can sign in
Open Messages in your customer workspace and choose the support conversation. Give a short description of the problem, the request reference if there is one, and the step where the issue occurred. A useful report explains what you expected and what happened instead. Share screenshots only after removing unrelated personal information. Support should never need your password or a one-time verification code.
If you cannot sign in
Use the password-recovery page if you control the email address on the account. Check the spelling of the address and follow the verification instructions. If email or phone delivery is unavailable in this beta, repeatedly requesting codes may not resolve the configuration problem. A public support email and operator contact details have not yet been confirmed; they will be added here rather than replaced with an invented address or a non-working form.
Which questions go to the specialist?
Questions about professional scope, required originals, eligibility, official processing or a service quotation belong with the relevant specialist. Questions about access, a missing message or an upload problem belong with platform support. Keeping those topics separate helps the right person respond with the right context. The beta does not promise round-the-clock availability or a fixed response time. For emergencies, use the appropriate local emergency service rather than a website message.
